Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in the Carrollwood area of Tampa that is looking to hire on (2) Corporate Recruiters to join their growing team. The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for managing all aspects of a full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding staffing needs, to sourcing and attracting talent, and hiring for positions across this company.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job duties and responsibilities, qualifications and skills required for all job postings

• Identify and recruit prospective candidates through a variety of channels.

• Build a prospect database utilizing third party websites such as Indeed, LinkedIn and other platforms while executing on creative source techniques and search terms

• Engage candidates through outbound and proactive communication efforts, build relationships with candidates through consistent follow up and maintain a pipeline of candidates.

• Review and assess candidate applications, conduct prescreen interviews to qualify candidates as a fit for specific positions, forward candidates to hiring managers, schedule leader interviews as needed.

• Provide guidance and reference information/materials to hiring managers in preparation for applicant interviews, selection of finalists, negotiation of offers, and extension of verbal/written offers through the VP of Human Resources

• A minimum of 3 years’ corporate recruiting experience is required

• Experience recruiting for corporate positions, agency, or search firm strongly preferred

• Prior experience recruiting for sales, technology or insurance fields is strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
