What does the role involve?

Due to an increase in our retail plan and customer base we are looking to on-board additional Customer Representatives in our Contact Centre. This business-critical piece of work requires a Talent Expert to support with the interview and offer process to help meet these demands.

What will you bring to the role?

• Experience of screening applications, shortlisting, conducting competency-based interviews and making robust hiring decisions ideally for volume Contact Centre roles
• The ability to positively engage candidates, promote the Leeds Building Society employer brand and articulate what sets us apart from our competitors
• Can collaborate effectively and positively with stakeholders with an ability to challenge ideas and ways of working
• Can identify and advise on the effectiveness of a selection strategy and the suitability of assessment tools
• Recognises the importance of the recruitment and selection process when promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce and can evidence consistency and fairness to optimise diversity
• Enjoys working at pace and encourages others to do the same
