Lee Weber Group Hiring for National Sales Director at United States Full Time

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Director with a manufacturer of private label topical anesthetics, wound and scar care, and cryotherapy products. This position will lead the inside sales team, contracted salesforce, and distributor partners in driving growth.

Compensation:

Base: $150,000

Commissions: $58K at-plan

Total Comp: $208K+

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience in medical sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

• Experience in collaborative selling and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented sales environment.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and growing corporate accounts.

• Results-driven with a track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to travel as needed.
