Seeking a Dispatcher with exceptional experience handling Drayage, Dry Vans, Box Trucks, Reefers, Flatbeds, and hotshots. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple trucks daily, and utilizing scheduling software to maintain vendor compliance. Previous dispatch experience is required. The dispatcher will serve as the first point of contact and communication for incoming calls; will be responsible for receiving requests, transmitting messages, and tracking vehicles during their routes. The information you share must be clear and easily understood to ensure drivers know where they are going and what to expect when they arrive. Has to be familiar with how to use load boards, complete Carrier Broker Agreements, be very prompt & fast, and communicate with drivers and brokers in a timely manner. One who has the ability to multi-task and bid on loads quickly. You must be able to take appropriate action with little supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, troubleshoot and manage mechanical problems with the fleet.
• Be able to communicate effectively with people in person, via email and by telephone.
• Coordinate schedules and routes to help meet customer demand.
• Handle a large number of responsibilities and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
