Job Summary

Summary:

Leads the efforts to proactively source talented and diverse candidates through innovative sourcing techniques to build the candidate pipeline for vacancies in a highly complex, large, multi-disciplinary health system. Seeks out the most qualified individuals, assessing their skills, determining where they would best fit in the organization, and ultimately convincing them to apply and join Lee Health. Design and develop best practice processes related to sourcing and recruiting activities for hard to fill positions and other critical needs positions (i.e.; CRM, networking, social media, referrals, research, event planning, serve as administrator for virtual and onsite career events, e-blasts, cold calling).Partners closely with HR Leadership, Business Partners, and recruitment team to serve as consultant, and collaborate recruitment and sourcing initiatives for hiring managers across our multiple locations and business lines by developing hiring strategies that will enable us build a talent community, fill critical roles and identify key hiring sources.

Job responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• 
  Administrator of virtual series and events, Career website changes, e-blasts, texts, flyers, postcards, ad and video creation and distribution, etc. to create awareness of Lee Health, recruit and/or nurture talent pipeline.
• 
  Creates, oversees, manages, distributes, and analyzes all Social Media campaigns and posts for hard to fill and critical needs positions, including organic and paid posts. Uses metrics to determine best practices.
• 
  Acts as Project leader on best practice virtual recruitment methods, including text-based chats that are live, as well as scheduled events. Uses technology platform for virtual recruitment to build jobs, events, and booths requiring technical expertise. Leads and participates in these virtual events and/or coordinates the event for others.
• 
  Integral involvement in creating and carrying out consistent and refreshed branding for Lee Health recruitment attraction strategies by collaborating with internal customers, internal marketing, and external advertising agency.
• 
  Recommends best practices for the career website, recruitment marketing methods, technology changes, application, application process, recruitment screening, selection, and hiring process.
• 
  Design, implement, and manage the Quick Interest and Talent Community processes.
• 
  Design, implement, and manage the alumni and employee referral programs.
• 
  Design, implement and automate recruitment marketing to specific job types using specific work flows in CRM technology tool. Follow up on leads, develops relationships with passive and active job seekers as well as alumni, candidate referrals, etc.
• 
  Serves as project lead and/or core project team member to recommend new or improved processes/technology to enhance talent acquisition (i.e., research, RFIs/RFPs, references, vendor demos).
• 
  Collect, manage, analyze, and report timely and reliable sourcing data.
• 
  Create presentations and actively participates in leadership and staff presentations.
• 
  Conducts recruiting events, candidate data-base searches, promotional campaigns, job fairs/conferences and other programs to source, promote and attract the best-qualified candidates to Lee Health.
• 
  Directs and manages online presence. Work with our creative team to execute on creative, web development, content writing and social media campaigns enhancing our candidate experience
• 
  Build and maintain external networks by proactively searching for active and passive candidates through networks, community outreach and active sourcing
• 
  Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, etc.
