Internet/Phone Sales Representative

Do you have a strong customer service background? Do you have excellent communication skills? Are you looking for a winning team in a stable work environment with room to grow? We’d like to meet you! Lee Auto Mall seeks an enthusiastic Internet/Phone Sales Representative to join our team!

In this internet and phone-based position, you will receive and respond to inquiries from prospects and customers visiting various Lee Auto Mall and associated websites. You will work directly with customers to generate sales appointments for the dealerships, maintain accurate data for customer interactions and activities, and much more!

Lee Auto Mall seeks an individual with strong written and verbal communication skills to work in this fast-paced environment. This candidate must have the ability to multi-task and be self-motivated.

The necessary skills include, but are not limited to:

• Computer proficiency
• Quality writing
• Creative thinking
• Phone skills
• Emailing/setting appointments

This is a regular full-time position and does require some early evening work and work on Saturdays. Prior experience a plus but not necessary.
