HVAC office assistant
Must be reliable to work Monday-Friday.
Answer phone and have good communicating skills with customers and other employees.
Schedule customers and run service tech’s daily calls.
Billing daily invoices. Extended warranty billing. Process payments and daily deposit.
Process warranty parts for return. Ordering parts need from vendors.
Opening and closing business office. Able to multi task and have good time management skills.
We are a seasonal business must be able to work over-time and work nights if needed.
Compute literate and able to use Word and Excel spreed sheets.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
