We are expanding our Nashua New Hampshire-based marketing team and looking for an energetic and agile digital marketing specialist to join our team.

Work will grow over time to include :

Paid Ads Strategy :

Support the PPC team’s optimizations and research to support campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).

Analyze campaign performance metrics for insights to maximize ROI.

SEO Strategy :

Assist in the execution of our comprehensive SEO strategy.

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.

Collaborate with content and development teams to implement on-page and off-page updates.

Email Marketing :

Oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns.

Develop segmented email lists and personalized content to increase engagement and conversions.

Monitor email performance metrics and iterate on strategies for continuous improvement.

Conversion Optimization :

Collaborate with the experimentation team to design and develop pages and user journeys.

Analyze user behavior data to help generate data-driven conversion ideas

Analytics and ing :

Regularly monitor and on the performance of marketing initiatives.

Utilize analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.

Prepare regular s for key stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators.

Qualifications :

2+ years of professional experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

This position has a path to a more senior manager role for the right candidate!

LED Lighting Supply is a supplier of LED lighting and poles for commercial, industrial, and sports customers. We help our customers determine the products they need so that they can buy once and buy right.
