Position Details:

We are hiring a full-time Commissions and Licensing Specialist who will be responsible for all steps in the Commissions and Appointment processing area. The right individual will be part of a team environment while quickly and accurately learning new processing systems. They will also be an excellent cultural fit for the overall organization. This is a high touch and very detail-oriented role at LeClair Group, and we want the best!

Job Duties – Commissions

· Entering or uploading data into the Commissions Processing system.

· Running the commission batches on a timely basis.

· Organizing agent payment methods.

· Identifying ways to streamline and create efficiencies.

· Managing Customer Service questions from agents.

Job Duties – Licensing

. Process carrier contracts within one day.

. Update agents regarding carrier appointment status and respond to underwriting requests.

. Document all work in CRM database.

Knowledge Needed

· Strong multi-tasking abilities, communication skills and a willingness to troubleshoot.

· A thorough understanding of commission methodologies, via on-the-job training.

· Professional, leadership mindset.

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and especially Excel, with an aptitude for learning new systems and softwares.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
