The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the operational and strategic recruitment activities to support business growth, whilst focusing on delivering an impactful candidate experience during each stage of the recruitment process. ing to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will provide support in various critical recruitment and administrative activities including advertising jobs, coordinating interview schedules, conducting background checks and liaising with stakeholders.

Skills and Experiences:

Responsibilities:

• Writes and posts job advertisements utilising a variety of channels to discover and attract talent such as Seek and LinkedIn.
• Manages administrative candidate care, including communications to unsuccessful applicants, bulk communication updates to candidates and general candidate management calls.
• Maintains relevancy of job descriptions and ensures the accuracy of organisation context and branding.
• Effectively liaises with third party vendors including recruitment agencies.
• Conducts effective background screening including reference checks and the administration of psychological testing and police checks and other pre-work documentation.
• Contributes to the collection of critical data and functional ing on recruitment activities.
• Provides administrative support to the General Manager of People and Culture as required.
• Provides assistance and performs a range of other day-to-day administrative duties as required.

Skills required:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS and/or recruitment systems such as ELMO.
• Ability and willingness to quickly learn new software programs, as needed.
• Excellent time management, planning, delivery, and management of stakeholder expectations.
• Work to a high standard with ability to manage quality of own and others work.
• Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
• Use initiative to ensure problems are identified, addressed and resolved effectively.
• Well-developed verbal, listening, comprehension and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working in a recruitment or talent acquisition administration role.
• Certificate in Business (Administration) or Human Resources or equivalent, preferred but not mandatory.
