***This is for an IN PERSON position. You must be local/close enough to drive to Morgan Hill.***

Position Details
Major Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited to:

Model and uphold all Learnfully’s culture and expectations.

Develop and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with students, families, and colleagues.

Identify and develop curricula suitable for all programs. Curricula should be thematic and provide youth with multisensory, evidenced-based, sequential, common core learning standards-aligned learning experiences.

Work with the Head of Educational Services to oversee the implementation of programming.

Collect data on and monitor individual student performance, adjusting instruction and support as necessary to ensure progress toward shared goals, foster the continuous quality improvement of curricula and activities.

Assess and analyze students’ performance and progress to ensure they are mastering developmental skills regularly, and responding to data to support all scholars to achieve academic success

Assist in planning and facilitating Parent Workshops.

Present ideas and suggestions for improving programs as often as possible.
When presenting a problem or offering constructive criticism, also offer an alternative solution.

Participate in all professional development meetings/retreats and opportunities to further enhance your expertise as a teacher and leadership skills as a Learnfully, Inc. employee

Submit weekly, monthly, written, and verbal reports as requested.

When directed, attend meetings with the Executive team and stakeholders, as needed to assist in program delivery and promotion of programs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree at minimum
• Certification in multisensory programming such as Orton-Gillingham,

Wilson Reading System, Lindamood-Bell, Social Thinking, Making Math
Real and Step up to Writing

• A clear understanding of curricula to support students who struggle with reading, writing, spelling, Executive Functioning and/or math.

• Experience and expertise teaching virtually, navigating systems to engage students and assure efficient progress can be attained.

• Ideal, but not required: A valid (or eligible for) Teaching or Education

Specialist Credential (Special Education – Mild to Moderate with Autism
Authorization)

• Comfortable with technology platforms including, but not limited to, G

Suite (Google Docs, Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Sheets), Microsoft
Oce, and Zoom.
