Learnexus Hiring for eLearning Developer Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for experienced eLearning Developers to design and develop fun, engaging and interactive eLearning material and course content for a new hire/onboarding training.

Responsibilities:

• Create and design engaging learning material and course content
• Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
• Apply tested instructional design theories and methodologies
• Create exercises and activities to enhance the learning process
• Create supporting materials and media (such as video, graphics, audio, games, etc.)
• State end goals and create content that matches them
• Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product
• Conduct research and analysis on learners and context
• Develop assessments of the effectiveness of the learning materials

Qualifications:

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree or certificates in Instructional design, Educational Technology or similar
• 5+ years of relevant experience in E-Learning Development/Instructional Design
• Highly proficient in instructional technology
• Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models
• The ability to create immersive, forward thinking training that not only educates the learner but also entertains them
• Curriculum planning skills
• Solid knowledge of course development softwares (ideally evolve)
• Audio & video editing skills
• Good to have: Animation/gamification experience

Please note this is a short-term, part-time project!

Pay: $75.00 – $95.00 per hour
