Salary – £70,000 – £90,000

Learnerbly is looking for a Head of Finance to help drive our growth as we continue to scale. Reporting into Jonny Day, our COO, we’ll need you to drive all things cash-flow management, financial accounting, fundraising, risk and growth management as well as growing our Finance team. The goal is to guide Learnerbly towards expansion, profitability and continued financial stability and success.
Forecasting, financial models and revenue optimisation will be projects that excite you! You’re not phased by changing priorities and focus, you know how to adapt quickly and use your experience, data and business intelligence to course correct. We’re looking for someone who loves to deep dive into the numbers, but is also energised by keeping a birds eye view at the same time. You find inspiration in telling the story using numbers and are a deep critical thinker who can apply lateral thinking to financial decision making, you embrace growth and it’s challenges but manage and consider the risks.
We need your help translating company performance to the rest of our Learnerbees as such you’ll enjoy communicating your ideas, and taking us on the journey with you.
Joining at this early stage will give you a role with huge autonomy as you act as a catalyst for change within Learnerbly, identifying business improvement opportunities and driving them through successfully. With the support of the rest of Learnerbly, we will be looking to you to build a high performing Finance team that will set us up for success as we continue to scale.
