Learn and Play Montessori School Hiring for Corporate Recruiter Full Time

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to find great talent for our ECE programs. The Corporate Recruiter plays a critical role in finding high-quality, mission-aligned Preschool Teachers, Directors, and other support staff. This individual will work closely with our Directors while managing and guiding quality candidates through our selection and hiring processes. This individual should have reliable transportation to attend various recruitment events locally.
Responsibilities:

Screen, interview, and coordinate virtual/in-person interviews with quality candidates

• Manage recruitment outreach (post and maintain job listings, attend recruitment events and job fairs, advertisements, social media, and college informational sessions)
• Meet individual goals for volume and quality
• Draft and update job descriptions
• Assist in coordinating logistical details for recruitment events
• Assist with all marketing initiatives for recruitment (brochures, flyers, social media, etc.)
• Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with Directors and Regional Directors
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in the community
• Undertake other duties as needed
• Ability to meet quarterly KPIs

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

• 3+ years of experience as a recruiter preferred
• 1+ years of experience in a school or community-based organization setting preferred
• Experience using Paylocity and Clear Company is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
