LeafGuard Hiring for Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

LeafGuard is a leader in the Gutter and Home Improvement industry. We are looking to hire a Field Recruiter to support one of our seven LeafGuard Regions. You will play an essential role, overseeing our recruitment & marketing efforts and making sure our staffing needs are successfully met.

Responsibilities

• You will funnel all candidates through our ATS.
• As a Field recruiter you are required to network with local agencies and community outreach to build pipeline of candidate.
• Must be able to come up with creative and unique ways to attract talent.
• You will perform in person interviews along with video interviews and phone screens.
• Must be able to make on the spot hiring decisions and follow our high-volume rapid hire process.
• You will use approved job boards, recruiting platforms, and social media outlets to attract quality candidates and drive traffic to our site.
• Communicating with management teams about their hiring needs and recommending most qualified candidates.
• Identify marketing strategies relevant to your assigned market.
• Strong understanding of all branch employee job descriptions (sales, production staff, etc.) and the ability to communicate them with potential candidates.
• A clear understanding of various pay structures.

Qualifications

• 50% Travel required.
• 2+ years High volume recruiting and work in a fast pace environment.
• Must be results driven and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with multiple ATS and job boards.
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft, Word, and sourcing platforms.
• Very strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
