We are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our New Jersey location. This role is ideal for a dynamic, sales-oriented individual with a passion for leadership and a deep understanding of the cannabis industry.

Overview:

As a Team Leader at Leaf Haus, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer journey, ensuring each visit is memorable and exceeds expectations. You will be responsible for managing the dispensary’s day-to-day operations, including staff training, scheduling, payroll, inventory, financial management, and compliance with the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission’s rules and regulations. Your ability to actively market our store will drive customer affinity and retention, contributing to our mission of building a vibrant community around our brand.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Customer Experience Management: Provide exceptional service, ensuring customers leave with a positive impression of Leaf Haus.
• Employee Leadership: Offer direction, coaching, and training to staff, fostering an environment of excellence and safety.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, from P&L management and expense control to inventory and compliance.
• Product Knowledge & Sales: Assist patients in selecting products, leveraging your sales experience to meet their needs effectively.
• Compliance & ing: Ensure the facility and team adhere to state regulations, conducting end-of-day inventory counts and financial reconciliations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail or sales management, preferably in a high-volume store.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of the cannabis industry and New Jersey regulations.
• Experience in P&L management, inventory control, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• Marketing savvy, with an ability to engage the community and build customer loyalty.
