Instructional Designer
Location: Rosemead, Ca 91770
Duration: 5-6 months
Required Skills/Attributes
” Bachelor’s Degree in Education, instructional design, business, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
” Advanced skills/experience in instructional design practices and methodologies, including ADDIE and SAM.
” Advanced analytical and project management skills and have great attention to detail
” Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
” Advanced experience with Storyline, Captivate, Articulate RISE, and/or other eLearning authoring tools
” Ability to build relationships with a broad audience both internal and external to Southern California Edison
” Ability to communicate both technical and non-technical material in a readily understandable manner
” Able to work collaboratively with other team members
” Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills
Desired Skills/Attributes
” Technology Experience (i.e. EnableNow/Walkme, Successfactors)
” SAP knowledge
” Utility experience
” Proven experience in an agile environment
