We are seeking to add an experienced agency Account Manager. This job is only for those who have worked as an Account Manager for a marketing agency. You will need a combination of sales, marketing strategy, and customer service to fill this role.

The Account Manager (AM) is a client-facing position as part of our Amazon, marketing, and creative services teams. The position involves growing and managing client relationships, overseeing communications, and collaborating with our team in supporting roles. The AM works in effective collaboration with our Project Managers to execute campaigns that enable our customers to reach and engage their target audiences. The AM also works with internal stakeholders to execute campaigns; including Amazon marketing, web development, brand strategy, program marketing, content, creative, and others.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensure overall client satisfaction by providing a positive customer service experience.
• Serve as primary client contact post-sale.
• Schedule and lead regular client-facing communications.
• Prepare and present client status s.
• Translate client needs and expectations clearly across internal development teams
• Work in collaboration with Project Managers to ensure timelines align with client expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide assets for marketing
• Monitor and relay project progress to the client
• Lead client review calls and internal team coordination to ensure projects are approved by the client

The ideal applicant will have experience working in a digital marketing agency. This role has strong growth potential for high performers. The annual salary is a base salary. Potential with commisons is closer to $80,000 annually.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
