Leadline Marketing Hiring for Director of Digital Strategy Full Time

The Director of Digital Strategy is the tip of the spear for managing outcomes in our digital marketing services ecosystem. This position pulls the strategic thread that ties all activities, processes and strategic development for social media, market places, search, email marketing, retargeting and digital advertising. This role will serve as a thought leader to both clients and internal teams to ensure a consistent digital experience across campaigns. The Director will collaborate with digital team members to define objectives and develop approaches to solving challenges, keep abreast of emerging behaviors and technologies and help to educate internal teams about trends, practices, and the newest developments in strategy.

The Director will help clients understand, envision, and articulate “digital” as a business strategy aligned with their business goals, contribute to competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace. He/She will create and drive digital strategies that drive consumer action and contribute to the bottom line, partner with clients to understand goals, KPIs and exceed ROI for the clients. The Director will assist with presentations for leaders and others to influence the direction and assist with organizational change management for digital needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of ten years of marketing strategy leadership, including content development, digital marketing, and messaging for B2B sales cycles.
• Management and/or leadership experience with smaller or larger digital teams.
• Experience with omnichannel campaign strategy development and management.
• Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in planning, execution, optimization, and ing on results-driven digital campaigns (paid search, display, paid social, organic social, SEO, on-page conversion optimizations, and email campaigns).
• Strong collaborator who can influence at the executive level and is also comfortable getting in the weeds to solve problems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey market dynamics, strategies, tactics, rationale, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
• You’ll need to understand the integration between Paid Media and other departments, such as Analytics, SEO, Content, Strategy, Account Management, and Web Development.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience with digital display and video, paid social, and SEM media tactics.
• Experience using media planning and performance tools like Google Analytics, Comscore, DoubleClick, etc.
