Innovators in the senior living industry are uniting to launch a bold new company in the Midwest. Focused on independent living, assisted living and memory care services these newer communities are positioned very well in their markets. All of the communities are under 10 years of age, boasting modern style and many desired amenities. Many of the key executive leadership team is already established, and they are looking for a strong Corporate Director of Sales to join the company. The owners and executives have a long-track record of quality outcomes, site ownership, management experience and building industry leading teams. This passionate, mission-driven team is very well-positioned to impact senior living for many years to come.

The Corporate Director of Sales role includes consistent travel across the portfolio of 11 senior living properties in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Kentucky, and Michigan. This role will support and mentor the property level sales teams and work towards census development initiatives.

Qualified Corporate Director of Resident Experience candidates will bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-5 years in a multi-facility environment (Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living)
• Strength in relationship and census building
• Willingness to travel (4 days of travel/ 1 day in office per week)
