Le Macaron French Pastries Hiring for Social Media Manager at Nashville, TN Full Time

We are currently seeking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated Social Media Manager to join our team at Downtown Nashville location. This role has dual responsibilities working in our cafe downtown Nashville 20+ hours/week and managing our social media platform 5 – 15 hours/week.

Skill Sets & Experience:

• Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand
• Work with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns
• Interact with customers and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts
• Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses and make recommendations for improvements
• Research social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
• Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns, such as targets for a certain number of shares or likes and measure a campaign’s performance against the KPIs
