About Us

It’s an exciting time for LDN Apprenticeships. Founded back in 2010, we are launching several new apprenticeships and making huge improvements to our technology, our learning content and our delivery model. At the same time, we are working hard to engage with an even wider variety of candidates from entry level to career changers. We’re growing our Business Development team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive who will be involved in identifying, selecting and coaching our candidates to be placed on the variety of training and employment roles we offer.

The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will support and oversee a wide range of recruitment activities including:

• Candidate Management – Recruit and manage our candidates through advertising and our candidate pool. Guiding individuals to the relevant training option and making sure that each course/ recruitment event is full of good quality candidates.
• Screening and Profiling – Work closely with the rest of the Talent team to ensure that our screening process is identifying candidates who are suitable for the training opportunities that LDN Apprenticeships create.
• Opportunity Matching – Work with the Sales Team to identify and put forward suitable candidates for all vacancies, whilst keeping a clear understanding of which opportunities are currently open and require resourcing.
• Run Courses and Recruitment Events – Bringing your unique brand of Energy, Enthusiasm, Willingness to Learn, Ability to take Feedback and Propensity to take action to each of the relationships you form in your job. At LDN we call this #DoingAwesome

About You

To join us as a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will need to:

• Have a minimum of 6 months experience in recruitment resourcing and understand the importance of building strong relationships with others that are based on trust and kindness
• Be highly organised and energetic, with a passion to create inspiring opportunities for young people to learn and grow and start their careers at amazing companies.
• Communicate effectively with people at all levels from apprentices to the CEO, and do so with compassion, maturity and professionalism.
• Have experience of running events, or a keen interest in gaining such experience, and you’re able to bring your enthusiasm for this area to the role.
• Enjoy learning and growing, personally and professionally and you love being part of a team that is doing the same.
• Be comfortable with change and help us to develop our processes to maximise the opportunities that our learners need to succeed.
• Be flexible and understand commercial need that enables awesome businesses to be able to work with and provide opportunities for Apprentices.

Salary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Home/ Flexible Working – in the office min 2 days a week)

Location: Greater London (Vauxhall/ Stockwell)
