We are looking for a remote Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate for this position is someone with the drive to succeed and is passionate about the Sales industry. This individual should be able to create lasting relationships with clients and have superior listening and communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for learning about customers’ needs and actively participating in the sales process. Associates will be responsible for selling products, and seeking out and engaging customer prospects.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Present, promote , and sell products using proven sales techniques to a prospective customer
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
  • Address customer inquiries in a positive, friendly manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop workable business solutions to customer satisfaction issues
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalently
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
