LC Designer Tiles Inc provides beautiful collections of porcelain, ceramic and mosaic tiles sourced from all over the world coupled with exceptional service and expertise to provide an excellent client experience. We help to transform our clients space to create the atmosphere, the vibe, the feeling they’re looking for.

Position Details:

LC Designer Tiles Inc is looking for client and sales focused Showroom Consultant to be part of our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* provide exceptional service, consultation and customer experience to anyone who enters our store.

* build professional relationships in order to close sales. Understand a sale can often take more than one visit to the store so building relationships is very important

* balance serving clients in-store and proactively communicating, following up and managing other projects/selections on the go.

* have a thorough understanding of our vast product types and collections including continually and proactively familiarizing yourself with new products and how to sell them.

* staying up to date with design trends, this is in addition to the training we provide * processing orders/payments

* answer phone & emails

* posting products/completed installations on social media (Facebook, Instagram)

* light cleaning

What You Bring To The Role:

* previous design or retail sales experience

* an understanding that the client is central to everything we do

* ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone and by email.

* mature, positive, friendly, courteous attitude

* detail oriented

* proactive

Nice To Haves:

* design or decorating background is nice but not necessary.

* able to use technology (Microsoft Office, POS, IPad) we will train you on our system!

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
