Full Job Description
HOURS: Tuesday – Saturday – 11pm -7am
COVID-19 Vaccination Required
Position is performed onsite
Our client is seeking an experienced call center professional with great administrative skills. Although the call volume is low the work you perform is essential to providing quality service to health care facilities.
Answer and route incoming calls to individuals and depts.
Determine the needs of the caller/patient, take messages or dispatch according to instructions.
Update Directories and Databases
Requirements
**MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN 11am- 6pm or 1pm -7pm **
High School Degree or Equivalent
6-10 years of general customer service experience
Typing 40wpm
Desire to help others with patience
