Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to Chief People Officer

Compensation: Competitive compensation package, commensurate with experience.

Position Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager is an integral part of the People Operations function and will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of corporate and field professional and management positions. The duties below will be carried out in collaboration with business partners and the People Operations colleagues.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Consult with managers to understand and develop appropriate talent strategies to attract top talent.
• Develop and leverage a sourcing strategy that includes a variety of tools and platforms including job boards, social media, career events, and networking to build talent pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Develop and update detailed, and accurate job descriptions based on hiring criteria and that meet brad guidelines.
• Effectively screen potential applicants against the qualifications as outlined by the job spec and intake with the business leaders.
• Oversee preparation of interview guides and other hiring and selection materials as needed.
• Meets with management and other key stakeholders on a regular basis to collaborate on optimal approaches to strengthen candidate pool, including annual recruiting strategies and diversity initiatives.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis of requisition history, candidate and market labor data, and sourcing effectiveness based on statistics, cost efficiency and hiring manager feedback.
• Attract and engage top talent to career opportunities by providing information related to compensation, benefits, policies and procedures, to ensure the candidate experience is positive and informative.
• In collaboration with the People Operations team, prepare and extend offers of employment to selected candidates and facilitate the offer and pre-employment processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Stay up to date on regulations and other recruiting-related topics and trends
• Serve as the liaison between staffing agencies and hiring managers to fill positions, when necessary.
• Travel as necessary for hiring events and business meetings.

To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will ideally have the following background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Marketing or work history equivalent
• 5 years of TA or HR hiring management
• Excellent communication skills
• Expert level knowledge of hiring practices and EEOC guidelines
• Must have posting experience with LinkedIn, Indeed and other online sources
