Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Office Assistant. This entry-level position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development within our organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Answering Calls : Professionally handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and provide exceptional customer service.

Email Assistance : Assist in managing and responding to emails, ensuring timely and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Supply Management : Take charge of ordering and maintaining office supplies for all locations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Executive Support : Provide administrative support to executives, aiding in their day-to-day tasks and responsibilities.

Mail Distribution : Handle incoming and outgoing mail efficiently, ensuring proper distribution within the organization.

Celebrations Coordination : Stay on top of birthdays and anniversaries within the team, organizing celebrations and maintaining a positive and engaging work environment.

Additional Duties : Be adaptable and willing to take on other duties as needed to support overall success of the organization.
