ABOUT THE JOB:

So, are you ready to put your leadership skills to the test? As the Operations Manager at LawnPro Landscapes Ltd, you’ll be the king or queen of the castle, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

You’ll start your day by getting your hands dirty and checking in with your team to make sure they have everything they need to get the job done. You’ll have your coffee in one hand and your clipboard in the other, ready to take on anything that comes your way.

Throughout the day, you’ll be in constant communication with clients, charming them with your exceptional customer service skills and making sure that everything is running smoothly on their end. Meanwhile, you’ll be keeping a watchful eye on your team, providing support and leading training to make sure they’re the best in the business.

By the end of the day, you’ll feel like a true champion. You’ll sit down with your team to review the day’s progress, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement. You’ll come up with a game plan for the next day and then head out to enjoy your evening, knowing that you’ve done your part in helping LawnPro Landscapes Ltd continue to be a leader in the industry.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of experience in management or leadership role (Account Manager, Production Manager, Landscape Manager).
• 2+ years of experience in the green or snow industry.
• Proven record in a leadership role.
• Detail oriented, with the ability to set and hit goals.
• Clean driving record

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
