Lawn Doctor is looking for a dependable and reliable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our lawn care customers.

Our customers mean everything to us and we want to give them the best customer service experience every time we have communication with them.

We are looking for a office assistant that is committed to giving our customers great experience with our Lawn Doctor team.

This is for a full time position.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications :

• Strong work ethic
• Friendly and courteous
• Excellent communication skills
• Organization and multitasking skills
• Manage customer relations
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Two-three years work experience in customer service / administrative roles.
• Full time with hours on Saturdays in the spring
• Willingness to learn Lawn Doctor services and software
• Motivated self starter and works well as part of a team

Customer Service Representative list of duties and responsibilities :

• Takes inbound call from customers and potential customers
• Makes outbound calls to follow up and return calls
• Processes production daily
• Sells services over the phone
• Maintains customer data records
• Processes paperwork from sales and service team members
• Other clerical duties as needed
