Lavelle Industries Hiring for Digital Marketing Specialist at Burlington, WI Full Time

We have an opportunity for a hardworking, innovative Digital Marketing Specialist at our Burlington, Wisconsin location. This is multi-faceted position, focusing on digital marketing strategy development, tactical execution, and will instill confidence in Lavelle customers everyday.

We are the market leader in toilet repair products sold in the largest Home Improvement & Hardware retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace Hardware, Menards, Walmart, Target & more. Yes, our careers are in the toilet, and we have a lot of fun with our award-winning, USA-made products!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day tactics from a variety of digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising, organic search, on-site optimizations, etc.
• Participate in development of content creation for physical and digital assets
• Social media marketing
• Create SEO (search engine optimization) strategies to drive best-in-class content and recognize opportunities
• on KPIs (key performance indicators) on all digital marketing efforts
• Content development and maintenance of websites (Lavelle.com / Korky.com / TitanPetProducts.com)
• Develop & support SEM (search engine marketing) campaigns/ads together with our retail partners
• Coordination and execution of all marketing content updates on our retail partner websites
• Monitor and benchmark changes in the competitive landscape

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree with focus in Sales, Marketing, Communications or Business
• 2+ years digital marketing experience, or educational background in Digital Marketing.
• Basic understanding of Google Analytics & AdWords
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Drupal or WordPress (nice to have)
• Effective communication – written, electronic and oral
• Results driven, passionate, analytical, and energetic
• Develop Genius level toilet repair product knowledge to aid in content development & digital go-to market strategies
• Desire to test, learn and stay current on emerging digital trends
