Our office is in North York, near the 401 and a 10min walk from the TTC subway, but of course you will have the flexibility to work remotely. Candidates must be within a commuting distance.

Job Summary

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, experienced Technical Support Specialist. Using your deep knowledge of our system – from how our readers interface to the laundry machine controls, all the way through to our

Mobile App configurations – you will work with our customers to troubleshoot new system installations and existing deployments.

The job requires critical thinking and logical troubleshooting skills.

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum Education: College Diploma

Technical support experience with machinery or hardware. Must be comfortable helping troubleshoot a complex wired connection of boards, peripherals inside a kiosk

Technical support experience with IT systems

Excellent oral and written communication

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel including use of functions/formulas

Big assets: Knowledge of Linux command line, use of multi-meters to check voltages
