We are seeking a dedicated and talented Customer Success Manager to be a vital part of our team.

About Launch Vector: At Launch Vector, we partner with capital investors to acquire pre-existing, revenue-generating Shopify ecommerce businesses. As a 50% owner and operational manager, we take charge of scaling and optimizing these businesses, ensuring exceptional growth and profitability for all stakeholders involved.

Role and Responsibilities: As an Ecommerce Success Partner at Launch Vector, you will play a crucial role in onboarding and nurturing partnerships with capital investors. Your primary responsibility will be guiding and supporting them through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition into our ecosystem. Be the bridge between our operational team and capital partners, fostering open communication and building strong relationships.

Bonus/Commission Pay:To incentivize exceptional onboarding while we acquire stores, we offer the following bonus and commission structure:

• $500 for Each New Client: Receive $500 for successfully onboarding each new capital partner into our ecosystem.
• 2% of Total Sales for Referrals and Repeat Sales: Earn a generous 2% commission on the total sale value for any referrals or repeat sales that result from your current client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding and Acquisition Process: Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for capital partners. Guide them through the entire process, from business entity creation to the successful acquisition of the ecommerce business. Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Client Portal Setup: Assist capital partners in accessing our Client Portal for ongoing support and inquiries. Provide guidance on how to navigate the portal and make the most of its features.
• Ongoing Support: Be the go-to person for our capital partners’ questions and concerns. Address any inquiries promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Bi-weekly Engagement: Establish a regular communication cadence with our capital partners. Provide comprehensive updates on the store’s performance, financial s, and marketing and operational initiatives. Collaborate closely with the operations team to gather relevant information and forecasts.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the progress of each ecommerce store. Work closely with the operations team to track key performance indicators, forecast projections, and identify areas for improvement.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with capital partners. Understand their unique goals and requirements, and proactively address their needs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Customer-centric: Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer success.
• Ecommerce Experience: Solid understanding of the Shopify ecommerce ecosystem and familiarity with ecommerce business operations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Organization: Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
