Launch Tech USA Hiring for Digital Marketer at Ontario, CA Full Time

Position Overview:

The Digital Marketer is responsible for maintaining and overseeing all aspects of Launch Tech USA’s digital marketing, which encompasses social media, SEO, Google AdWords, and creating videos.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Assist the Marketing Manager in crafting innovative digital marketing campaigns
• Build digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing and social media marketing
• Establish posts for social media platforms – Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn
• Create video content for social media platforms – YouTube and TikTok
• Create video content by planning, shooting, and editing
• Develop brand recognition across all digital platforms
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic
• Frequent market feedback on products, competition, and market conditions to your manager
• Track social insights to increase engagement and identify any new opportunities
• Identify target audience, define social media KPIs, and measure success of all campaigns
• Will participate in additional marketing activities as need by the marketing department
• Will travel to local shops for video shoots from time to time

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience digital/social media marketing

Qualifications:

• Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, Social Media, Email Campaigns
• Must have an understanding of SEO and Google AdWords
• Videography, which includes video editing and post production activities
• Must have an understanding on how to create and post social media content for a business
• Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements and market research trends
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing data analytics and tools
• Excellent oral, written skills; strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and retain product specific information as it pertains to the position.
• Keen eye for creativity
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team
• Ability to travel at least 15% of the time as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,100.00 – $64,732.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:
