Latrobe Regional Hospital Hiring for Research Administrative Support Job at Victoria Full Time

Latrobe Regional Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified Research Administraion Support person to join the Research Unit.

Reporting to the Research Manager this role plays an important role in providing assistance for the development, management and implementation of research activities to achieve organisational outcomes at Latrobe Regional Hospital (LRH). This includes providing administrative support to the Research Manager and greater research team as directed at Latrobe Regional Hospital. This 0.6 EFT role would ideally include Tuesday and Thursday (3rd day optional but ideally Friday) to ensure overlap with the Research Team.

The successful applicant will:

• Provide administrative support to Research Manager and specific administrative tasks in support of research activity
• Attend general administration tasks e.g. room bookings, filing, archiving, computer file management, data management
• Assist with the coordination and planning of Research Unit staff meetings (minutes / agenda) and Research Manager’s calendar
• Support the maintenance of web based information platforms i.e. intranet and internet webpages and communication of research activities
• Support other research stuff or research areas including HREC and Clinical Trials
• Support additional tasks that align with an administrative role as requested by the Research Manager
