Latrobe Regional Hospital have a truly exciting employment opportunity for an agile and creative Organisational Development Advisor to deliver a broad range of projects and initiatives, identified through the recent establishment of the 2022 – 2025 LRH People & Culture Plan!
This role is a dynamic and challenging blend of operational P&C practice and large scale project delivery across LRH. As one of Gippslands largest employers, LRH’s operates from sites across the region, and provides a broad range of multi-disciplinary health services.
This role is complex, exciting and one where you can really shape the future for LRH’s 2500 strong workforce. Joining the existing P&C team, you’ll see that our passion for building positive workplace cultures shines through in all we do, and we actively recognise and encourage the growth of our staff with access to great ‘hands on’ professional development opportunities.
Working with a broad range of internal stakeholders, a record of professional achievement, a strong understanding of HR or people leadership and the ability to balance competing priorities are all critical to the success of this role. The role is offered as a 1 year fixed term opportunity, and we are open to considering applications from candidates looking for either a part time, or full time role.
