Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for talent acquisition / staffing for the field and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
This role will design and implement a comprehensive recruitment program to staff internally in a timely manner. Maintain the ATS / Workday for accurate job postings (internally and externally), processing of candidates, conducting / scheduling interviews and making job offers.
Develop relationships with department leaders and referral sources to determine open needs and successful placements.

LICENSES / DESIGNATIONS / CERTIFICATIONS :
PHR / SPHR or SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP Certification preferred.
