Latitude, Inc Hiring for Digital Marketing Coordinator at Dallas, TX, US Full Time

We are looking for a creative, entrepreneurial digital marketer who is interested in learning our business from the ground up and joining our team of future leaders.

If you are accepted into this program, you will train on all aspects of the business before joining our Marketing Team. Our core customer is a small to medium-sized business which we primarily acquire through Google, Facebook, and referrals.

We have a strong promotional email program that drives existing customer engagement and retention. We do all our own customer service, marketing, and technology development.

Most of our business tools are self-built and we enjoy having control over their quality and optimization. There are many moving pieces to the business, and we enjoy working through all the challenges together.

Our focus is on process ahead of results. Our goal over the last eight years, we have committed ourselves to this goal and continue to explore what greatness looks like for us.

The work is far from done. Every day we are learning more about what it takes. What we do know is that a great company is powered by a great team.
