We are a 100% remote-based business, specialising in supporting individuals during pivotal phases of their professional journeys.

We provide personalised workshops in Résumé and Cover Letter, LinkedIn optimisation, and interview preparation. We also deliver writing services in Résumés, Cover Letters, Selection Criteria, and LinkedIn profiles to our clients.

ABOUT YOU:

We seek a committed and proactive Career Development Officer to join our team as a freelancer operating in an online/work-from-home position. This role offers you the ability to showcase your skills within a dynamic team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We offer a flexible and engaging role that allows you flexibility in your schedule, work entirely remotely and service a wide range of clients in Australia and outside Australia.

The applicant must be based in Australia.

Hours/Commitment

The candidates should be ABN-registered freelancers who can commit for at least 10+ hours per week and meet turn-around times starting from 1 business day.

Responsibilities will be (but are not limited to):

• Delivering one-on-one sessions in Résumé Writing, LinkedIn optimization and interview preparation.
• Writing the content of the Résumé, LinkedIn profile or application (Cover Letter or Selection Criteria).
• Supporting job seekers by helping them find their career path based on their previous experience providing them with a tailored solution and more focused search options.
• Understanding a broad cross-section of industries and roles to support clients and develop a tailored Résumé, LinkedIn profile and interview approach.
• Delivering workshops or webinars on a wide range of topics relating to job hunting and internships.

Required skills and experience needed to get your opportunity:

• Native Spanish and Advanced English levels are a must.
• Relevant Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Human Resources industry experience is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with a high level of autonomy and responsibility.
• Outstanding customer service skills and previous experience.
• Must have own laptop and internet connection (NBN).

PAY RATES / SCHEDULE

The role is paid based on the number and type of orders completed. The range varies from A$30 to A$38 per project or task. Payments are processed every week (Fridays or Saturdays) for orders finalised by 11:59 p.m. AEDT on the Sunday prior.
