Laser MD MedSpa Hiring for Staff Accountant Job at Braintree, MA Full Time

The Staff Accountant will work closely with the CFO on daily accounting and finance tasks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and vendor files
• Provide daily reconciliation of accounts receivables
• Review general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries
• Performing account analysis and reconciliation, including bank and credit card statements
• Assisting with initial internal control evaluations
• Post monthly, quarterly and yearly accruals
• Work on monthly accounting close tasks
• Draft monthly financial reports
• Performs other duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Strong Knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excellent Excel skills)
• Ability to learn new software quickly

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years finance/accounting experience
• Experience in Quickbooks a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $51,497.15 – $76,932.56 per year
