Laser Clinics Global is on an ambitious global expansion! We have a new role as Talent Acquisition Consultant reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition. Your role will be a key part of the HR Operations team, responsible for a range of Talent Acquisition activities to support the growth of our new clinic openings across the UK.

Established in 2008, Laser Clinics is the largest non-invasive aesthetic operator in the world. With 196 retail clinics across Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Singapore, and the United Kingdom. We specialise in Laser Hair Removal, results-driven Skin treatments, and Cosmetic Injectables. We own 2 Skincare brands, Institut, and Dr Roebucks. Our Clinics have Qualified Medical Aesthetic Injectors and Therapists that perform our treatments. We’re continuing to expand 2022-2023 our retail business in the United Kingdom and open new clinics. This role will support the critical growth for these clinics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end recruitment for new clinic openings across the United Kingdom
• Advertise on job boards and social media
• Sourcing top talent, interviewing, group interviews, assessment, and candidate selection
• Managing the applicant tracking systems and supporting Hiring Managers to use systems effectively
• Coaching and hosting training sessions for Hiring Managers on recruitment, sourcing and interviewing best practice
• Delivering careers presentations to colleges and pipeline students & alumni talent for future
• Content creation for employment marketing
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to proactively source
• Provide subject matter expertise on industry developments, competitive trends, compensation, and other employment insights
• Attending industry events in the Beauty and Aesthetic industry

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruiter, within in-house recruitment/ HR team
• Industry expertise in fast-growth industry such as hospitality, travel, events, retail, or graduate recruitment
• Demonstrated success in a high-volume recruitment role for an internal function
• Digitally savvy and a creative flair for written communication
• Experience working with ATS Systems is essential
• Enjoys looking at data and identifying trends and predications
• Passion for company culture and community building
• Strong proactive sourcing skills
• Strong customer orientation and service mentality
• A good work ethic with high work standards and strong attention to detail
• Problem-solving and strategic mindset
• Experience developing sourcing & selection plans for both volume recruitment & specialist roles
• Proven success in sourcing proactive talent, utilising various channels including Social Media and video screenings tools
• Highly competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
