Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, segmentation and performance analysis
• Oversee website management, including content updates, SEO optimization and user experience enhancements
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels to enhance brand visibility and foster community engagement
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives and optimize campaign performance
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to drive continuous improvement

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, website management, digital advertising and social media.
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite)
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels
• Proven track record of driving results through successful digital marketing campaigns
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of retail industry trends and consumer behavior is a plus
