LaSalle Network is partnering with a wholesaler of outdoor living products to help hire their next Digital Marketing Specialist .

This individual will play a crucial role in enhancing the company’s online presence and driving digital engagement. The person for this role should have a creative eye but also an analytical skill set.

Data analysis, testing, strategic optimization, ing and ongoing research are key components for this role.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities :

• Design and implement targeted ad campaigns and ad sets for use in paid social media campaigns
• Develop comprehensive paid media strategies aligning with company goals, focusing on lead generation
• Conduct audience research for precise targeting
• Optimize campaigns utilizing A / B testing where appropriate
• Manage allocated budget and resources efficiently to ensure optimal spending
• Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor strategies and digital marketing tools
• Analyze performance and provide s on key metrics to senior management, highlighting key successes and areas for improvement
• Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying optimization opportunities in Meta and TikTok Campaigns
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Assist in the management and maintenance of all social media presence for client’s brands
• Help respond to social media postings on various platforms
• Design and implement email marketing strategies including template development, audience segmentation and tactics for increasing engagement

Digital Marketing Specialist Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Must be willing to be onsite 5 days / week in the Romeoville, IL office
• 1+ years of experience working in digital marketing
• 1+ years of experience with Meta Business Suite and Ad Management
• Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently and analyze key digital and metrics
• Knowledge of social media trends
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must be willing to react quickly to changing business needs with open, flexible attitude
