As part of this strategic initiative, they are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Director to lead the development of their digital marketing department from the ground up.

This Digital Marketing Director will require an experienced digital marketing professional with a proven track record in B2B lead generation, HubSpot expertise and a strategic mindset to drive growth and efficiency in their marketing efforts.

As the sole contributor in the digital marketing department, you will have the autonomy to shape and execute digital marketing initiatives.

Digital Marketing Director Responsibilities :

• Digital Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the firms business goals, with a primary focus on lead generation and customer acquisition
• HubSpot Implementation : Leverage your HubSpot experience to implement and optimize the HubSpot platform for marketing automation, lead nurturing and analytics
• Lead Generation : Drive the creation and implementation of lead generation campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, SEO / SEM, social media and other digital channels
• Content Marketing : Collaborate with the PR lead to create high-quality, engaging content that resonates with our target audience and supports lead generation efforts
• Data Analysis : Utilize data analytics and ing tools to track, measure and analyze campaign performance; make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
• Budget Management : Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment for all initiatives
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with other departments, including sales and IT, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts
• Stay Current : Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to keep the firm at the forefront of innovation

Digital Marketing Director Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Director or similar role in a B2B professional services environment
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies, SEO / SEM, email marketing, content marketing and social media
• Proficient in data analysis and ing tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Excellent independent work skills and self-motivation
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
