Larsen Bay Lodge Hiring for Chef at Alaska Full Time
We are a 24 guests hunting and fishing lodge on the remote side of Kodiak Island. Our hunting season runs through December 20. Looking for a chef to make breakfast, to-go lunches, appetizers and dinner for our guests and crew. The chef will have an assistant who has been here for the last year, as well as two experienced server-dishwashers to assist. There is also a guests services person to coordinate with guests. The expectation should be 7 days per week for the 6 week season but you can coordinate with your assistant to give each other meals or days off.
Compensation includes salary (DOE), generous tips, roundtrip plane tickets, a private room with private bathroom, all meals, laundry, and wifi.
