Human Resources Representative,

ProCare is searching for a talented Human Resources Representative to work in our pleasant and friendly Lake Mary, Florida office location. Come be a part of a great team in a wonderful working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities (includes but not limited to)

• Partner with HR VP, located in Tampa
• Deliver high level of customer service when speaking with anyone in the course of ProCare business
• Maintain confidentiality of records and issues, communicating the information only to those who require the information
• Advise HR VP of employee relations issues that require investigation or follow-up
• Advise Management and Employees regarding HR related topics including compliance, best practices, ADP self-service, etc…
• Maintain employee records, including scanning, naming and electronic filing of documents
• Staffing responsibilities to include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, offers, HRIS entry, onboarding tasks and related documentation
• Orientation for new hires
• Increase Human Resources’ visibility. Acts as an organizational advocate, providing appropriate assistance and direction at all levels of staff.
• Improvement to overall employee experience, satisfaction, and engagement
• Work cooperatively with the HR team
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to travel occasionally (limited travel to Tampa Corporate offices a few times a year)

Experience Required (includes but not limited to)

• 4 years of experience in Human Resources with progressive HR career growth that includes the equivalent of the skills listed above
• Experience should include:

• Recruiting, staffing and interview experience to include sourcing, screening, onboarding, and legal compliance
• Benefits administration (subject matter expert and assisting with enrollments)
• HR compliance and broad knowledge of relevant employment law
• Employee Relations
• Payroll

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow HRIS system
• Current certification through HRCI and/or SHRM
• Proficiency with MS Office products, such as Excel and Word
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR related technologies

Starting salary range begins at $45,000.00 when annualized, pay offer is dependent on experience.
