Large Healthcare Company Hiring for Senior Recruiter Full Time

Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for the sourcing and recruitment of open positions for the Company, including consultation on all phases of the recruiting process strategy, sourcing, recruiting, candidate development, selection, offers, and on-boarding.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize creative sourcing strategies to proactively engage candidates and develop a talent pipeline to support the hiring needs of assigned business unit.
• Perform full, lifecycle recruiting support utilizing various recruitment tools and methodologies.
• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
• Provide in depth screening of candidates utilizing behavior based interviewing techniques.
• Establish excellent working relationships with all hiring managers and continuously strive to improve the level of overall customer service provided
• Works with management to develop and implement a recruiting plan including the use of internal referrals, utilization of social media recruiting, career fairs, networking, and the development of creative sources for building a qualified applicant pool.
• Leads by example through a hands-on approach to ensure direct knowledge of candidates who will be successful in our culture by immersing themselves into all aspects of operations.
• Coordinate schedules with office and clinical personnel to meet with qualified candidates
• Document and track all assigned positions from original requisition until position is filled. Maintain current status of requisition ensuring all s, disposition notes, candidate records, and all other documentation is noted thereby ensuring thorough and accurate ing.
• Communicate effectively and at a high level with all hiring managers including upper management and executives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree a plus
• At least five years of recruitment experience in either a corporate or external agency environment.
• Experience utilizing internet recruitment resources such as LinkedIn and Indeed
• Ability to multi-task, follow through, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
