Lara Search Hiring for Finance Officer/ Assistant Job at London, England Full Time

• Support with the weekly and monthly cycles.
• Preparation of monthly management accounts ad details variance analysis.
• Weekly cashflow forecasting
• Debtor chasing
• Staff expenses check
• Payroll
• Accounts receivable- check, finalise and send out all sales invoices.

• Previous experience as Finance Assistant, Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
• AAT Level 1+
• Flexible
• Highly Organised with the ability to prioritise their own workload.
• Strong IT Skills, particularly Excel and Word

• Laptop
• Late start, early finish every Friday during term times
• Reduced working hours during school holidays
• Flexi working
• 28 days annual leave, pro rata equivalent plus 1/2 day for your birthday
