We are currently seeking a Finance Officer/ Assistant to join our growing London Soho Team. This is a new and exciting opportunity for an individual looking to build on their experience and career with previous finance experience.
Working closely with the business directors, the successful candidate will play a key role in the day to day running of the core finance function.
Responsibilities will include:
- Support with the weekly and monthly cycles.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts ad details variance analysis.
- Weekly cashflow forecasting
- Debtor chasing
- Staff expenses check
- Payroll
- Accounts receivable- check, finalise and send out all sales invoices.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience as Finance Assistant, Officer or similar role
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- AAT Level 1+
- Flexible
- Highly Organised with the ability to prioritise their own workload.
- Strong IT Skills, particularly Excel and Word
