This digital bank has created an innovative product for the business banking market that will seek to unlock cash that is tied up in bank guarantees used to secure commercial leases.

The digitally enabled fully secured bank guarantee product seeks to disrupt the market by leveraging best-in-class cloud technology and a highly automated and data-driven approach to origination, servicing, and credit decisioning.

ing directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales performs a critical role in refining and driving new business opportunities for the business. Working closely with partners and strategic customers, you will ensure the business achieves market share and other commercial objectives, whilst delivering an excellent customer experience.

This position will evolve into a leadership position with the successful person tasked with building a team.

Duties:

• Define, lead, and manage the sales process including strategy, market segmentation, lead generation, product demonstration, negotiation, contracting and service.
• Develop strategic partnerships within the commercial leasing ecosystem.
• Develop strategic partnerships with large-scale businesses and franchises.
• Work collaboratively with risk, compliance, and legal colleagues, adhering to regulatory requirements at all times.

Key Skills and Experience

• 5+ years’ experience working in a sales and distribution role within the commercial real estate and/or finance sectors.
• Banking or fintech B2B sales and servicing experience and/or experience in servicing the SME and commercial property sector.
