Work from the office in the city 3-4 days per week and from home 1-2 days per week. Some international travel will be required.

About this role:

This is a hands-on leadership role. We’re looking for someone with 10+ years of digital, growth, product marketing, and leadership experience, especially with digital media platforms in a performance marketing context, who is happy to roll up their sleeves and be hands on the tools. You will manage a team of 6, mostly based offshore, with the opportunity to expand/amend the team as needed (as well as the budget).

Success in this role is about building best-in-class digital marketing foundations and growing lead generation and conversion funnel performance. You’ll need to be at the top of your game in understanding how to build a B2B profile across multiple digital channels and convert through to client acquisition. As well as new business growth, you’ll also get involved with inside sales activities to grow the scale and stickiness of existing clients.

Required experience:

• 5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience – with deep expertise in building B2B lead generation strategies/execution across paid and social channels (bonus points for expertise in services/software/saas and LinkedIn expertise)
• 5+ years of people management experience
• 5+ years of performance marketing experience
• Proven experience in building B2B marketing strategy
