The company is a global fintech headquartered in Sydney that is growing rapidly. Over the past four years, the business has been building next-gen cloud solutions to allow for more flexibility, speed, and control of payments to be put in the hands of customers.

The platform is a financial services enablement platform that offers brands the ability to create transactional banking experiences providing access to spending cards, accounts/digital wallets, and domestic payment rails on a Software-as-a-service basis.

The business serves both the consumer and business markets with innovative solutions delivered by the company’s embedded finance platform.

THE OPPORTUNITY

ing to the group CEO, you will be a member of the Australian executive committee. You will manage a growing team of business development managers and marketing professionals whom you will actively lead, develop, and coach. You will be in charge of defining their incentive structures to promote the best outcome financially and drawing the best discretionary effort from the team.

The MUST Haves

• You have a deep understanding of the payments ecosystem, in particular the issuing side.
• At least ten years proven track record selling tech enterprise solutions at CXO level to companies in financial services, fintechs, retail brands, or in various high-volume verticals (e.g. retail, travel, wagering, etc.), with at least two of those ten years in a sales leadership role.

This critical role requires an experienced sales and marketing leader who can focus business, resources and energies on the best short- and long-term revenue opportunities.

Your Additional Skills

• You will have a mix of experience in direct selling, selling through partners, and B2B Marketing strategies for enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience in transactional banking solutions and B2B marketing would be well-regarded for this role.
• You have a prominent personal ‘brand’ in the Australian fintech, retail-tech, and/or financial services industry. You are respected by your industry peers and relentlessly pursue the right outcomes for clients and the business, but know when to draw the line and say no.

This role is Sydney based and offers flexible working arrangements – up to 3 days per week working from home.
